Experience/Qualifications:

2 years previous web design experience is required as well as telephone skills to handle calls in a professional, courteous manner.
Excellent verbal communication skills are a must, with a proven capability to effectively interact with customers and internal employees over the phone.
Solid knowledge of web design (HTML, CSS, PHP JavaScript, jQuery) desired
Familiarity with cross browser compatibility and Joomla would be a plus!
Working knowledge of MS Office, DreamWeaver, and PhotoShop preferred.
Knowledge of PC operating systems is desired.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:

Provide client user, operational and technical support via telephone, including answering questions, assess, identify, investigate and resolve technical problems, and execute necessary changes to maintain website functionality. Customize and modify customer website's. Must have the ability to edit and design using PHP, CSS and JavaScript.
