• Excellent verbal communication skills are a must, with a proven capability to effectively interact with customers and internal employees over the phone.
• Two years  troubleshooting Network/Internetwork related issues as well as previous experience in administration of Microsoft and Linux servers required
  
• Proficiency with DNS management is required. General understanding of mail transmission on server level, POP and SMTP protocols beneficial.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:

Provide client user, operational and technical support via telephone, including answering questions, assess, identify, investigate and resolve technical problems.Add domains using Plesk CP, Register domains and managing transfers, DNS management, E-Mail administration and support, obtain inventory acquisition information, assist with website launches as needed, work with development and support departments troubleshooting website-related and import script issues, analyze data feed content and troubleshoot missing or incomplete data and monitor internal/external issues.
