Digital Marketing Senior Analyst


Essential Functions:

  • Manage Digital Marketing team, with responsibilities of hiring, training, evaluation, daily tasks, goals/deadline management, project execution and professional conduct within the team.
  • Identify training and resource needs of department and individuals, manage ongoing employee development and to expand knowledge of digital marketing and keep current on social media trends/processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong understanding of the products, competition, industry,  goals and objectives
  • Monitor any escalated issues, act as a mediator when necessary, and oversee team members compliancy with company objectives and goals to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Development and execution of digital marketing campaigns designed to build brand awareness, analyze results, and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Responsible for building a strong departmental team as well as strong relationships with other departments, clients and external resources.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline workflow necessary to achieve departmental goals.
  • Support and provide recognition to  team members
  • Strategic and tactical operational skills.
  • Evangelize and educate search campaign strategies internally and to clients.
  • Proven ability to reach # 1 and top 5 rankings as well as increase organic search traffic for clients.


Experience/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related  field highly desirable
  • 5 years experience in search engine or other relevant digital marketing ; agency experience would be beneficial
  • Exceptional oral, written, presentation and communications skills necessary
  • Minimum 2 years of personnel management experience and proven team leadership abilities


The Digital Marketing Senior Analyst will work to develop DealerFire’s external voice and strategy to reach and attain new clients, stir discussion, and drive traffic to DealerFire’s website and social media platforms. This position will also generate new content for dealership websites, PPC and email marketing campaigns as needed.
