WHAT TOOLS ARE AVAILABLE?
DealerFire Web Text all starts with a mobile-optimized widget. Shoppers can request a text conversation from the dealership by interacting with the widget and providing their name, mobile phone number, and a brief comment or question. Once submitted, the shopper info is delivered to the dealer's CRM. If using DealerSocket CRM, a salesperson can launch the text conversation directly from SocketTalk, a proprietary SMS / MMS texting tool.
